LicenzeOEM.it exclusively sells digital products and genuine software licenses distributed via electronic delivery.
The licenses sold originate from certified corporate decommissioning, and their resale complies with European Directive 2009/24/EC and the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union CJEU C-128/11 (Oracle vs UsedSoft).
3. Delivery of Licenses
Product keys are sent via email to the address provided during the ordering process.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. LicenzeOEM.it is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or unreachable email addresses.
4. Activation and Use
All licenses are verified prior to delivery to ensure authenticity, regular activation, and full functionality of the software.
The customer is required to use the software in compliance with the terms provided by the manufacturer.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure and protected systems.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal lapses after the digital product has been activated.
The customer may request assistance or license verification in the event of activation issues.
Any refunds are evaluated exclusively for unused or non-functional licenses.
7. Warranty
All digital products sold by LicenzeOEM.it are covered by the legal warranty provided by current legislation.
The warranty does not cover problems arising from:

hardware or software incompatibility of the user's device.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, trade names, and software on the website belong to their respective owners.
LicenzeOEM.it holds no proprietary rights over the distributed software other than those required for its resale.
9. Limitation of Liability
LicenzeOEM.it shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or malfunctions resulting from the use of the purchased products.
The maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the purchased product.
10. Privacy
