Digital Products
LicenzeOEM.it exclusively sells digital products and electronic software licenses (ESD) delivered via email.
No physical products such as boxes, CDs, DVDs, or paper media are shipped.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material medium after the performance of the service has begun.
By purchasing, the customer accepts the immediate delivery of the digital license and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once the product key is received.
Warranty and Support
All licenses are verified prior to delivery to ensure authenticity, correct operation, and regular activation.
In the event of technical issues, our support team will provide assistance to verify and resolve any activation anomalies.
Cases Eligible for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement can be requested in the following cases:

non-functional product key;
-
code already used at the time of delivery;
-
non-delivery of the license;
-
technical issue that cannot be resolved by support.
Cases Excluded from Refund
No refund is provided in the following cases:

purchase of the wrong version by the customer;

hardware or software incompatibility not verified prior to purchase;

change of mind after the delivery of the digital license;
-
problems resulting from improper use of the software.

To request assistance, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase via email, providing:

description of the issue;

any screenshots of the error.

Verification and Refund Process Times
Requests are generally verified within 24/48 business hours.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase within 5/7 business days.
